The result is accelerating demand for personalized travel experiences. Travelers can choose exactly where to stay and what to do in an a la carte style, tailored to their specific preferences and passions. Want to join the locals go for an aperitivo in Milan, see off the beaten path shrines in Kyoto or walk Frida Khalo’s steps in Mexico City? It's increasingly straightforward to do so.
We are now looking for a Manager Experience Planner to help improving the already excellent service we offer.
Reporting to the Team Leader, specific qualifications and qualities desired for the Experience Planner are as follows:
Booking Management - including but not limited to:

- General Booking Management - including Unassigning hosts, changing times, and dates, and adding info on the booking.
- Importing and Loading bookings
- Briefs - incl. adding meeting points and notes for the host.
- Assist with manual host hunting from HAP (this will be helpful on shorter lead booking where the availability restricts the bots)
- Assist in loading budget and budget description on OTA bookings in emergencies
Contacting the guests and hosts via phone and email when needed.
- Manage a team between 8 and 10 agents.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Excellent written and spoken French / English and exemplary communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to details
- Computer Skills Required
- Team management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
Skills & Aptitude:
Strong time management skills are essential
A self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
Desire to become an integral part of our company and make their mark within the team
Well-travelled or have a true passion for travel
Curious and creative problem-solver (we value intelligence and inquisitiveness over experience).

Additional factors:
Must be able to work on weekends
Must have a reliable laptop/pc and a stable internet connection.
Must be able to manage the team of face-to-face agents in our future office in Casablanca or Marrakech.
Job Type: Freelance work remotely from Casablanca or Marrakech
Salary: 650 euros / month to 900 euros / month - 40 hours / Week
